A few verses regarding "Planning" in Proverbs

16:3    “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.”
  
16:9    “In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps.”
 
19:17 He who is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward him for what he has done.”

  21:2    “All a man’s ways seem right to him, but the Lord weighs the heart.”
 
 20:24    “A man’s steps are directed by the Lord, How then can anyone understand his own way?”
   
21:5    “The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste lead to poverty.”
  
21:13  “If a man shuts his ears to the cry of the poor, he too will cry out and not be answered.”
  
22:9    “A generous man will himself be blessed, for he shares his food with the   poor.”
