Chapin Living Waters

My volunteer work with Chapin Living Waters.

– Present
Working with Chapin Living Waters (www.chapinlivingwaters.org) as a volunteer, as Webmaster of their website and using social media, such as Twitter and blogs to maximize impact of their technology and expertise around the world.

Chapin Living Waters exists to help poor people in third world countries grow vegetables when there is insufficient rain. We offer simple, sustainable technologies for subsistence farming, bringing hope to the poorest people and the opportunity to solve their own problems.

Help For All People. Chapin Living Waters was founded as a means to express Christian love to needy people in third world nations through small-scale drip irrigation technology. While much of our effort is directed toward missionaries working among these suffering peoples, Chapin Living Waters stands ready to assist any group, regardless of race, color, or creed. With 1.1 billion people going to bed hungry tonight, we are dedicated to working in partnership with as many organizations as possible.

Have represented Chapin Living Waters (Speaking & or booth setup) at various conferences such as: ECHO (Educational Concerns for Hunger Organization) Partners Worldwide, Agri Expo  in Tulare California and Food Security Conference in Kansas City.

Goal of helping families grow enough food for themselves and some extra to sell when there is insufficient rain and to “scale” initial pilot projects & technology into larger projects!

The Joy of the Lord: July 28th

"Do you not know? Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God,
the creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and wary
and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles,
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint."
Isaiah 40;28-31
