Wouldn't it be better to know what our Strengths are and use them daily?

Stengthsfinder 2.0 is a book that can be purchased for $15 at Amazon.

Has a CODE in back of book that when you enter on their website, you can take an Assessment that takes about 1/2 hour and gives you your top 5 Strengths out of the 34. Best assessment that I have seen and taken.  It gives you a printout of your strengths and also an Application section which explains how you can further use your strengths, improve on your strengths and work with people that have different strengths. It should also be great for marriages and also for single people...

We can make the most impact in and on our world by using our strengths.

Doesn't make much sense by trying to improve on our "weakness's"

IDAK Talent Survey is also an excellent instrument for showing you your "Abilities"

Combining your "Strengths" and "Abilities" is a fantastic way for non profits to help their Staff and Volunteers fit in and make the most contribution and experiencing the most JOY!

What a combination!

These two Assessments are great for secular non profits.

Now church's and Christian nonprofits have an additional "Tool". S.H.A.P.E

This is what I used at Eastbrook while on staff.
S.H.A.P.E  Also, our Spiritual Gifts, Heart or Passion, Abilities, Personality and Experiences.

In a different way, it looks at your S-Spiritual Gifts, Your H or Heart-Passion, A Abilities, P-Personality and #-Experiences (Family, Career, Non profit).
